• Account & Listing Data: name, business name, logo/images, 150-character description, up to 3 contact details (website, email, phone, social links), and any content you submit for your listing.
• Order & Billing Data: contact details, company details, tax number, invoicing address, and payment status. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Communications: emails, messages, and enquiry form submissions.
• Usage & Technical Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referral source, and cookies (see Cookies section).
• Marketing Preferences: your choices about receiving updates and offers.

• Contract: to create and manage your listing, process your advertising order, design/print/deliver beer mats, and provide customer support.
• Legitimate Interests: to operate and improve our website, prevent fraud/abuse, and understand service performance.
• Consent: for optional cookies/analytics and direct marketing where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal Obligation: to comply with tax and accounting requirements.

• Create and publish your business listing and campaign creatives.
